From the entrance, our eyes don't know where to focus. Small cherries on the curtains, a floral and poetic wallpaper, a magnificent bouquet of flowers.
The visit does not stop there, on the bistro side, a breathtaking wine cellar in a green setting, a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes us feel comfortable.
On the other side, restaurant this time, we find ourselves in the middle of the birds with a view of the garden, like an invitation to enjoy an aperitif on the terrace, before sitting down to eat.
Chef Julien Poulain invites you to close your eyes, open your taste buds and immerse yourself in his interpretation of the emblematic dishes of the Vallon: boneless chick à l'harissa, frog legs à la Lyonnaise, pike quenelle, grilled or miller's sole or tartar prepared before your eyes.
